^ENROLLMENT CRITERIA

Refresher Standard First Aid Enrollment criteria:

Trainee must have a valid (not expired) Standard First Aid / Adult First Aid certificate issued by the Singapore Red Cross, St. John Ambulance or Ministry of Manpower to attend Refresher Standard First Aid course.

Refresher Occupational First Aid Enrollment criteria:

Trainee must have a valid (not expired) Occupational First Aid certificate accredited by OSD under the accredited Training Provider certification scheme to attend Refresher Occupational First Aid course.

BCLS / CPR+AED Enrollment criteria:

Trainee must be holder of Standard/Occupational/Adult First Aid or Heart Saver Adult CPR or BCLS certificate. Medical professionals (nurses & doctors) are exempted from this criteria.

Red Cross reserves the right to reject the application if the certificate has expired (i.e. Validity of the Standard/Occupational First Aid certificate is 3 years from the date of issue) or if applicant does not meet the enrolment criteria.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
  • Employers are responsible to ensure their workers are able to listen, speak and read in English before sending them for our English First Aid courses.
MEDICAL CONDITION
  • Trainees with any medical condition are to be certified fit by their own doctors before the course commences. Red Cross holds no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the course.
  • Pregnant ladies are not allowed to attend the course.
