Generous support and contributions from Singaporeans make it possible for the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) to provide its services in meeting the needs of the less fortunate and needy in the community, regionally and internationally. The SRC welcomes both manpower and financial support. Find out how you can help make a difference.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are the backbone of the SRC. The dedication and continuous support of volunteers allow the SRC to provide its services effectively and efficiently. Some 5,000 individual and corporate volunteers lend their time, skills and expertise, and resources in helping the SRC meet its objectives of serving humanity at home and abroad.

Members
- Anyone 16 years old and above
- Members are encouraged to volunteer their services for the mission of the Singapore Red Cross (SRC). They are also encouraged to participate in at least one Singapore Red Cross activity in a year.
- There are two type of membership in Singapore Red Cross:
- Subscribing Member
- Life Members
Subscribing Members
- Subscribing Members are required to pay an annual subscription of minimum SGD$10 on 1st January of each year
- Subscribing Members who are above 18 years old at the time of Annual General Meeting shall be eligible to attend, speak, vote, nominate, second nominations and hold elective office at the General Meeting
Life Members
- Life Members are required to pay a one-time subscribing subscription of minimum SGD$200
- Life Members who are above 18 years old at the time of Annual General Meeting shall be eligible to attend, speak, vote, nominate, second nominations and hold elective office at the General Meeting
*The subscription might be raised by the Council from time to time.
