The Singapore Red Cross is organising its signature Red Cross International Bazaar on 21 October 2012 (Sunday) at *Scape in Orchard Road, to raise funds for its local humanitarian programmes to help the disabled, elderly and vulnerable in our community. The President of Singapore, President Dr Tony Tan Keng Yam will be the Guest of Honour at this event.
The International Bazaar brings together diplomatic missions and local enterprises in a dazzling 80-stall showcase, with 100% sales proceeds going to a good cause. Besides serving up international cuisine, traditional products, and local delights, this biennial event also serves to enhance community spirit amongst local families and diplomatic corps.
We aim to raise $300,000 at the Red Cross International Bazaar, and seek your support and goodwill, through these ways:
Individual

- Spread the word about the International Bazaar on your blog and social media networks

- Secure tickets on consignment for onward sale
- Make a cash donation to help underwrite the cost of organizing the Bazaar
- Promote the International Bazaar:

Highlights include American steak sandwich, Arabic coffee, Brazilian BBQ, French tea, Taiwanese pineapple tarts, Thai green curry, Turkish ice cream, Japanese mochi, as well as handmade jewelry, swimwear, bean dolls and teddy bears. There will also be cultural performances and games stalls with prizes to be won!
